Admissions
Hillcrest Christian School admits students
of any race, color, national or ethnic origin
to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities
generally accorded, or made available to students
at the school. It does not discriminate on the
basis of race, color, sex, national or ethnic
origin in administration of its educational
policies, admissions policies, financial aid
programs, or athletic and other school-administered
programs.
At the elementary and middle school level our
mission is to serve our community at large by
providing a Christian based education to students
of all religious backgrounds. Students, not
previously enrolled in our elementary or middle
school programs, but seeking enrollment into
the high school, must be professing Christians.
The testing process combined with past academic
records, recommendations, behavior, and student
interviews are used to determine acceptance
as a student into the school.

up mid to late January. Once all the information
is complete, all forms and the testing fee are
to be returned to the school office. Processing
of the application will begin mid February.
Parents will be notified of our receipt of a
completed packet or of an incomplete one. The
testing date will be set when all information
and recommendation forms, if applicable, are
received. Students will not be placed on a class
list or waiting list until the entire enrollment
process is completed, the student is accepted,
and fees are paid.
Mid-year admission students (processed on case
by case basis) are still expected to follow
the same process. At the high school level,
other than for family relocation, transfers
are normally considered at the beginning of
each semester
